online application processes

Candidates seeking admission to the college for B.A./B.Sc. are to apply online for the respective courses. A link to the admission site will also be available in the College website www.bidhannagarcollege.org. For U. G. courses, students passing the Higher Secondary Examination in Arts or Science conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent examination conducted by any other recognized board / council in India in 2014, 2015 and 2016 are eligible to apply subject to fulfillment of the conditions laid down by the college authorities, the Education Directorate of the Government of West Bengal, and the University from time to time.

The date and time for the online application procedure will be announced through the College website www.bidhannagarcollege.org and the college notice board and the process will start after the results are published by the West Bengal Higher Secondary Education.

Documents required to be submitted at the time of U.G. admission are as follows :

  • Application Form Printout (Only original )
  • Madhyamik or equivalent Admit Card (Original and one self-signed copy )
  • 10+2 level Mark Sheet (Original and one self-signed copy )
  • SC / ST / PH / OBC certificate, if applicable (Original and one self-signed copy )
  • 10+2 School Leaving Certificate (Only original )
  • Character Certificate from Head of the Institution last attended (Only original )
  • Three (3) copies of stamp size colour photograph
  • Applicant’s copy of pay-in-slip duly receipted (Only original )
