The Dr. B.C. Roy Memorial Central Library of Bidhannagar College is one of the finest college libraries in Eastern India. Spread over 4,500 sq. ft., it houses a comprehensive collection of books, journals, and digital resources to support the academic needs of students and faculty.

• Lending Section: Students can borrow up to 3 books for 14 days
• Reference Section: Encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases (in-library use)
• Reading Room: 120 seating capacity with fan & light
• Digital Section: 10 computers with internet for e-resource access
• Periodicals Section: Current and back issues of journals
• Book Bank: Free textbooks for economically disadvantaged students

Library Rules

1. Library card is mandatory for borrowing books
2. Silence must be maintained in the reading room
3. Mobile phones must be switched off inside the library
4. Books must be returned on or before the due date
5. Fine of Rs. 2/- per day for overdue books
6. Loss of library card must be reported immediately
